The location in this area is fantastic with small supermarkets nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the Piazza Campiello bus stop.

good breakfast also the location of the hotel. you can reach the beach in 50 mtrs.

The price was really good, so we needed the hotel on Lake Garda for 2 nights. Perfect place if you wish to spend some time on Lake Garda and hot springs or if you travel around Nothern Italy. Its easy to get to Milano, Como, Verona or Venezia by car. Free parking at the Hotel is a plus. Breakfast is really nice. Staff is very friendly and nice. A bit far from Old Sirmione CIty, but we never took taxi or used our car. We usually walked there and it takes about 30-35 min.

The bathroom. Its too small in room #14. But I'd say its rather funny cuz the room is located at attic floor. But it looks very nice though and also has a balcony. Just dont hit your head when geeting to balcony )) Furniture is kinda old, but the room had two additional matrasses on the floor. Unfortunatly we couldn't try to fit 4 people there, cuz there were just 2 of us travelling ))

New Year's stay here was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and plenty of nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary soft drinks and tea/coffee that were provided daily.

There were a few negative aspects. The parking situation was cramped, and some cars were squeezed into tight spaces.

We had acommodation for 4 persons in the underground, without aircondition and private.

Our short stay at Villa Pagoda was very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a two-room apartment in the hotel building, as the separate house we had booked was temporarily occupied. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including delicious natural yogurt and fruits. The location was great, with the beach just across the road and a 35-45 minute walk to the old town. it was a pleasant stay.

Our room had a nice view from small roof-terrace. It was possible to take the breakfast in the garden.

Our room was under the roof and very stuffy because only balcony door but none of the windows could be opened, the AC unit was very small and inefficient, and the bathroom was unventilated. We recommend asking for a room that is neither on the top floor nor in the basement.

The location is central, within walking distance to the castle. The room was clean and serviced daily. The balcony was a nice touch. The staff, both mother and daughter, were friendly and helpful. Ample parking available. Would recommend and stay again.

What a really nice stay, no complains at all. Excellent little and brilliant hotel, excellent base for a holiday in Sirmione! Well laid out, a decent size room with a kettle, a nice view, as for instance! The pool area is excellent too. Easy parking nearby. Perfect central location and outstandingly accommodating and excellent staff.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this charming family-run hotel. The location was excellent, with the lake just a short walk away and the historic center of Sirmione within easy reach. The room was comfortable and the small balcony provided a lovely view of the lake. The highlight of my stay was the delicious and varied breakfast offered each morning, which I could even enjoy in the beautiful garden. The staff were friendly and the free parking was a convenient bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Although my stay was wonderful, I did encounter a few minor inconveniences. I was asked to pay in cash as credit/debit cards were not accepted, which required me to withdraw a considerable sum of cash.
